His mortgage career started in 1998 at Washington Mutual Bank, followed by Countrywide Home Loans as a Branch Manager. He has also worked at PNC Bank as a Private Client Loan Advisor for their Wealth Management Division. Emmanuel has earned multiple awards throughout his career, including president’s club and gold start top producer.

Prior to joining Pioneer Mortgage Funding, Lourdes was the President of Unlimited Mortgage Services, Inc., a mortgage brokerage business (1993-2011), where she was responsible for growing the company, overseeing customer relationships, internal operations, employee performance, new lending program implementation and compliance

In 2004 she became the managing member for United Family Investment Group, LLC., in charge of management and investment decisions of the Limited Liability Company.

Ms. Johnson’s years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, and processing allow her to customize each client’s loan to fit their specific needs.
